By accessing or using the GoingTo app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. The GoingTo app, including all content, graphics, design, and source code, is the intellectual property of Everson Dias Ferreira. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without prior authorization. O app GoingTo, incluindo todo o conteúdo, gráficos, design e código-fonte, é propriedade intelectual de Everson Dias Ferreira. Você não pode copiar, modificar, distribuir, vender ou criar trabalhos derivados sem autorização prévia.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the trip information you provide. GoingTo provides tools to help plan trips, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information such as weather or flight data. When sharing trips with other users, you grant them access according to the permissions you specify. You are responsible for managing participants and ensuring they comply with these terms. In no event shall Everson Dias Ferreira be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the GoingTo app, including but not limited to travel-related losses, missed flights, or accommodation issues. Em nenhum caso Everson Dias Ferreira será responsável por quaisquer danos decorrentes do uso ou da incapacidade de usar o app GoingTo, incluindo, mas não limitado a perdas relacionadas a viagens, voos perdidos ou problemas de hospedagem.
